Our Mission

To operate as a tax-exempt organization dedicated to supporting the Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office by providing essential equipment, training, and resources for full-time and reserve deputies that may not otherwise be available through traditional funding sources. The Foundation is organized and administered entirely by citizen volunteers and is sustained through individual contributions, business donations, gifts, and grant funding to enhance public safety and strengthen law enforcement service to the community.

Our Sheriff's Office

Your donations and membership allow for the board of the foundation to work collectively to support the immediate needs of the office where funds are not available to provide essential equipment.

Fundraising

Though many different funding sources such as donations, fundraising, grants, and private individuals/private entities our success is our communities success. Our foundation is grateful for those who support our mission.

Posted: 6/19/2025 The Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office Foundation is currently collaborating with Law Enforcement Partners of Bowling Green, Ky on behalf of the Pottawatomie County Sheriff's Office to create a agency calendar for 2026. They will be calling local businesses in our area to seek sponsorship for advertising space on the calendars. This is not a scam; Law Enforcement Partners is acting in collaboration with the two entities, this is a yearly project.
